About us
Fire Fitness was created to help busy professional women achieve their fitness goals through structured workout programs designed to support fat loss, muscle building, and overall strength.
In 2013, during her pregnancy, Chantal experienced firsthand how difficult it was to find a suitable fitness trainer in East Trinidad. Motivated by this challenge, she decided to create a solution for other women facing similar difficulties. In 2015, she opened a fitness studio dedicated to pregnant and postnatal women. As interest grew among women who were not pregnant, the studio expanded to become Arima’s only women’s fitness studio.
Over time, Chantal recognized that balancing work, family, and personal responsibilities often made attending in-person fitness classes difficult for women. She wanted to create a more flexible approach that would allow women to prioritize their health without compromising their other commitments. This vision led to the creation of the Fire Fitness app.

Fire Fitness provides accessible, structured training programs that women can follow from the comfort of their homes or any location that suits their schedules. The programs include strength training, cardio workouts, stretching and mobility exercises, meal guides, and monthly assessments to help clients work toward their fitness goals.
Fire Fitness encourages women to experience the benefits of in-person training at our studio, where they can receive personalized guidance and support from our fitness professional. For those unable to attend due to busy schedules or personal commitments, our app offers a convenient alternative, allowing them to follow structured workout programs from home or any location while continuing to work toward their fitness goals.
At Fire Fitness, our goal is to empower busy professional women to build muscle, lose fat, improve their strength, and develop a sustainable fitness lifestyle through structured training and nutritional support.
